Help Protect Israel

President Bush will be in Jerusalem on January 9th to push his “Palestinian State in ’08” proposal forward with East Jerusalem as the capital. This is President’s Bush first trip to Israel since becoming president. His goal is to convince the Israeli public that a Palestine State with East Jerusalem as its capital is in their best interest and he has the support of the American people. Time is running out so please vote today. We must get at least 100,000 responses or President Bush will think that Christians support dividing Jerusalem and a Palestine State in 2008. Please get 10 of your friends to join you as we voice our opinion to the President. Your votes will also be released to the Israel media to let them know that as Christians we do not support President Bush’s plan.
Click here to Vote your opinion now.

Friday April 18
Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed (The Movie - rated PG)
Coming to a theater near you on April 18.
In a controversial new satirical documentary, author, former presidential speechwriter, economist, lawyer and actor Ben Stein travels the world, looking to some of the best scientific minds of our generation for the answer to the biggest question facing all Americans today:
Are we still free to disagree about the meaning of life?
Or has the whole issue already been decided…
while most of us weren’t looking?
The theory of intelligent design is simply an effort to empirically detect whether the “apparent design” in nature acknowledged by virtually all biologists is genuine design (the product of an intelligent cause) or is simply the product of an undirected process such as natural selection acting on random variations.“Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed” rejects the notion that “the case is closed,” and exposes the widespread persecution of scientists and educators who are pursuing legitimate, opposing scientific views to the reigning orthodoxy. Human stem cells can be used to cure disease. But are embryonic (baby) stem cells as effective as those from adults? What is the latest research on this topic? What should a Christian believe? In “Cloning, Stem Cells and the Value of Human Life”, Mike Riddle addresses the ethical issues surrounding embryonic and adult stem cell research, while deflating the myths and false reports given by the media. The value of human life is inescapable in his hard -hitting conclusion. This powerful presentation is great for teens and adults. This lecture explains the concepts of cloning and what has gone wrong. It discusses the difference between the two types of stem cells and current research. The lecture finishes by showing that the Bible and the scientific evidence confirm life begins at conception.
